**Please note: It is usual and customary to tip the “mate” 15% or more of the charter value-they are working hard to make sure you are having an enjoyable and memorable time aboard.

Alcohol and drugs: We have a “ZERO Tolerance” policy regarding illegal drug use and will return to port immediately and report any violators of this policy to the proper authorities. We ask you refrain from the consumption of any “hard” liquor while aboard as it may impact the safety of your fellow passengers as well as having an impact on the avoidance of sea-sickness. We allow beer and similar drinks in moderation but the Captain reserves the right to impose restrictions on a passengers drinking consumption when the safety of the remaining passengers or the vessel may be compromised. Cigarette smoking is allowed in cockpit area of vessel only-not in the cabin.

Clothing and refreshments: We suggest a light jacket (windbreaker) and/or a sweatshirt as it usually colder on the water than on land. A comfortable hat, sunglasses, sunblock, and most of all, a camera to capture the memories. As far as food for the trip, pre-made sandwiches are ideal however small microwave type meals can be prepared in the microwave. Drinks can be stored in the refrigerator or kept in the coolers on ice. Cans are preferred to bottles as a safety issue. Note: If there are any special requirements please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the trip.

Reservations: All excursions require a $200 deposit (payable in cash or via Paypal), which is non-refundable two weeks prior to trip date unless trip is cancelled due to bad weather conditions which is the Captain's decision only. We cannot sail when a small craft warning is issued by NOAA.

A) Payment in full due prior to leaving dock (cash only).

B) All charters are at passengers own risk. Due to the nature of the sea, the deck may become wet and there will be some rocking and rolling during the charter and Eggs2Sea Sportfishing can in no way be held liable for any incidental injuries that occur.

C) The booking of a charter in no way guaranties the catching of fish.

D) Seasickness is a bad feeling and almost impossible to remedy once it has occurred.We suggest taking a seasickness preventative prior to the charter. There will be no refunds should ALL passengers agree to return to the dock if one becomes seasick early in the charter.

E) Rates subject to change due to increases in fuel costs.
